Sensational and beautiful!

Fantastic product. I bought it to use as an input extension because I'm a drummer and I need more inputs. Fantastic! Since I have the Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 3gen, I just missed having Air mode. To do this would have to buy Clarett OctoPre which is a bit more expensive. Overall, fantastic equipment and a first class finish. Beautiful product.

So far so good!

Overall: We wanted to add preamps to our studio that were also sync-able to outboard gear. This is an excellent low-cost option with studio grade specs. Our studio is Studio One 5/Sphere-based,centered around an Antelope Audio Synergy Core 4 interface,a Tascam 12 mixer, and a pair of Focal 5" monitors/8" sub. It's a fun recording rig-We can get a lot done easily. The Holy Grail set-up for us was adding the Tascam 8P, enabling us to sync it all together via Antelope Audio's stellar clocking. WOW! The level of available I/O is now more than we will ever need yet it delivers it all at a very reasonable price. The preamps are the same as our Tascam 12 mixer, allowing for a reliable 'sound' across tracks. We are planning to add a second one to our mobile rig. It's priced right!Overall: We wanted to add preamps to our studio that were also sync-able to outboard gear. This is an excellent low-cost option with studio grade specs. Excellent sounding converters

The compressors are the icing on the cake! They add tons of punch transparently. My only issue is the poor quality knobs.
